As a company, we would like to focus on one thing and do a good job at it. While the webinar and virtual education market appears to be large enough, we believe that it does not have enough business potential to be attractive for us anymore. With the growth of free services, powered by new technologies such as WebRTC and Peer-to-Peer technologies, consumers will have enough choices and very little incremental value in using one or the other. This is clear in the way the incumbents of this space have been fast reducing their prices and struggling with a freemium model.
There is a small percentage of our non-enterprise users who only use the webinar product. They have been given a choice to migrate to an alternative platform and offered a refund of the remaining subscription period. We will continue to support them for another month or longer if there is an unavoidable reason.
